The Hookem Downrigger Base fits into the Standard Rod Holder allowing for easy use of your Downrigger. Attach the Downrigger to the base using the Bolt Holes and appropriate screws. As in all our products the Downrigger Base is made from Marine Grade Stainless Steel for long durability.
